用料:黑鱼1条(1斤左右)、姜4片、葱2根、黄酒、一汤匙、盐自己调节、开水一升。

1、鱼洗净后,切块大概2.5厘米左右,用厨房用纸把鱼身的水吸掉。

热锅冷油,小火将鱼块放进去煎至两面稍微有点金黄。

3、放4片姜片

4、将提前烧好的开水贴边倒进去,大火煮至沸腾。调成中火煮20分钟。

5、发白的汤就煮好了,加盐煮一分钟。出锅以后放点葱花,就OK了

开水提前煮。
